1. How to clean our cast iron skillet and casserole?

In general, it is not recommended to use a wire ball or any abrasive scrub to clean a cast iron skillet, as doing so will remove the seasoned surface and damage the pan.
To keep your cast iron skillet non-stick, it is best to clean it with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or brush. Avoid using harsh detergents or soaking the pan for a long time. After cleaning, dry the pan thoroughly and apply a thin layer of oil to prevent rusting.
When it comes to cooking tools, it is best to use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to prevent scratching the surface of the pan and reducing its non-stick properties.
